We have released our new and improved patented PourEx caps.

Also known as bottle condoms, they are sold in bags of 12. Designed to cover both holes (breather and spout). They stop fruit flies from getting in. They also stop ABV evaporation (Some bars and clubs in the UK are being fined for this, by ABV inspectors).

We've recently released our new (Patent Pending) ‘LBK-Bar-Blades’ with a handy cutout for removing speed pourers.

http://www.londonbarandkitchen.com/itemImage.cfm?ItemCode=9020&ref=main&item=LBK___BarBlade___Bar_Blade_Opener___With_Speed_Pourer_Remover
We testing them! 5 flair bartenders trialed the new cut-out LBK Bar Blades for 3 months. The feedback was 100% positive. They found the cutout part not to interfere with spinning / maneuvering the bar blade, as the bartender's finger doesn't normally contact with the cutout area. They all loved the new LBK Bar Blade and found it most useful when changing over an empty speed rail bottle, ie. Needing to quickly remove a pourer from an empty vodka bottle, for it to be inserted into a new full bottle. It was especially useful in removing stubborn pourers, which were in a sticky liquid or old and dried up.
Short video clip: http://www.londonbarandkitchen.co.uk/images/using_the_barblade_pourer_extractor.swf
Now you can easily extract pourers without wrecking your fingers!

These stainless steel Mudlers are cool. They are made in the US under the brand Sili (Silicone), as the end / tip is made fom tough silicone rubber, which is great for muddling and doesn't have the problem of splitting and staining, like wood does. The end is rounded so it doesn't dig into your hand.

I doubt it's certainly "new" or "innovative", but the chrome plated bar corkscrew from Cutting Edge Foodservice Equipment is absolutely durable and dependable. I have two at my bar and I don't know how I lived without them! They make a brass one too, but this link is for the chrome one-I like chrome!
