Posts: 0 		My girlfriend was throwing a bridal shower and the theme color was pink. She wasn't sure what she wanted to serve to drink, but she knew the bride loved Mojitos. So I told her I'd find something pink that would coordinate with the rest of the party. Here's what I found:

Crantucket Mojito

Ingredients:

* 1.5 oz. Myers's Platinum Rum
* 1 oz. Stirrings Cosmopolitan Cocktail Mixer
* 1 tbsp. Stirrings Cosmopolitan Rimmer
* 1 sprig mint
* 1 cup ice
* 1.5 oz. Stirrings Mojito Cocktail Mixer

Preparation:

* Rim highball glass with Stirrings Cosmopolitan Rimmer.
* Fill with ice, add Myers's Platinum Rum, Mojito Mixer, and Cosmopolitan Mixer.
* Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.

They were an absolute smashing pink success!
